Turnbuckle style ratchet binders offer all steel construction, drop forged
steel components, acme threaded screws, double-acting, spring loaded
pawls offering infinite adjustment. Meets or exceeds CVSA Cargo
Securement Guidelines, (2/92) and FHWA §393.102(b) (8/94).
Made to bind difficult loads such as industrial machinery, steel erection, etc.
Special features:
Working load limit clearly embossed on handle.
Over-sized eyebolts and steel barrels provide extra
strength to support loads.
Drop forged high quality steel used for handles,
barrels, eyebolts, gears and hooks.
Short reach hooks provide optimum take up.
Each unit proof tested.

Use: Recommended for use with proper size Grade 43 (high test) chain or Grade 70 (transport chain) conforming with National
Association of Chain Manufacturers (NACM) specification and Federal Specification RR-C-271-C. Can be used to assure tie
down conformance with U.S. Department of Transportation Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, Part 393.
