binder user. Dixie Industries E-Z Pro binder provides low energy CAM release design.
Release tension occurs at a consistent point, eliminating the need for cheater bar devices.
Meets or exceeds CVSA Cargo Securement Guidelines, (2/92) and FHWA §393.102(b) (8/94).
