Detailed Product Description

The DixiLoc feature allows the binder handle to be
locked in the closed position by using a 7/16" linch pin*.
Binder will not snap open regardless of the movement
or slack in the binder chain.
DixiLoc Binders can also be padlocked closed to secure
cargo from theft.
