General purpose over the center lever load binders provide high quality ductile iron handles
meeting ASTM A-47 specification. Component parts are designed specifically to meet grade
and size of chain utilized.
These binders offer the user an efficient tie down system for general
purpose usage, as well as specific industrial applications.
Special features:
Working load limit clearly embossed on handle.
Each binder proof tested.
Free turning 360° swivels on both hooks offer ease of handling
and better utility.
Drop forged front tongue design offers increased steel for load securement.
Drop forged short reach hooks allow maximum take-up.
Tie down hole in handle offers positive handle securement.

Use: Recommended for use with proper size for chain conforming with National Association of
Chain Manufacturers (NACM) specification and Federal Specification RR-C-271-C. Can be
used to assure tie down conformance with U.S. Department of Transportation Motor Carrier
Safety Regulations, Part 393.
